[SunHELP] vold problem

All,
Recently I tried to run /usr/sbin/vold to mount my floppy drive, however I
get the following error message:
fatal error: mounting of /vol failed
After that, vold daemon is not running anymore. Does anyone know how I can
fix it?

Also, does anyone has any scripts that perform a performance report for SUN
machine everyday and mail it to root? The performance should include CPU
load average, disk, memory, network and so on......
Any help will be appreciated.....
