[SunHELP] werid problem, can someone help me out here?

  I just got the sun, which I brought from e-bay, and I got the 
following problems with it

when I try to boot from the CD (ok boot cdrom)
I got the following msg.:

Boot device /pci at 1f,0/pci1,1/ide at 3/cdrom at 2,0:f File and arufs:
can't read disk label.
can't open disk label package
Evaluating boot cdrom

Can't open boot device
---------------------------------------------------------------------
But I was able to do boot disk; However, now I can't even do boot disk 
anymore (BTW I just upgraded my firmware)
(ok boot disk)
and I got this msg (after the sendmail loads up)

scsi: WARNING: /pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3 (ata0)


I have never incounter this type of problems before, so can someone help 
me out here?
