[SunHELP] How can i start a job in Windows NT from UNIX

If you unix for NT installed on your NT server, you can rsh to the NT from
the unix and start the service.

I have a batch job running in Solaris.  upon completion of this job i need
to start a Weblogic instance running in NT.
which currently I am doing manually . Is there any way i can automate from
