You can probably execute a remote shell call to a batch file on the NT box
which will start Weblogic for you.

I have a batch job running in Solaris.  upon completion of this job i need
to start a Weblogic instance running in NT.
which currently I am doing manually . Is there any way i can automate from
UNIX
