What you're seeing is that the host you're trying to track with MRTG either
doesn't support SNMP or not a type readble by MRTG.  Consider that MRTG is
for routers - out of the box (or tarball, rather).  What you really want to
do is take a look at the contrib directory to get some ideas of how to get
MRTG to look at your SNMP config on that host.

MRTG *can* be made to read nearly anything SNMP related - as long as you
config it correctly.
