I am assuming you mean to do this on a SPARC-based machine.

To see the current SCSI initiator ID setting on a running machine:

    eeprom scsi-initiator-id

To set a new initiator ID:

    eeprom scsi-initiator-id=<new ID>
    reboot

Note that chaning the ID requires a reboot.
