[SunHELP] rpc.lockd fails

There might be.  Who knows?  Try running strace on rpc.lockd
on the Linux client for a start.  It's probably failing when
a process using the NFS mount calls fcntl(2) or ictl(2) on one
of the files in that fcntl(2) or ioctl(2) on one of the files
in that filesystem.
