[SunHELP] arp handling

Hi,

is there a way to answer arp requests while the
interface is up with NOARP.
I would like to prevent learning new MAC addresses and
work with a static list of known MAC addresses,
but would like to give my own MAC address information
out to PC or Mac computer, which have no way of handling
static MAC address lists.
