[Sunhelp] Fault tolerant system.

This is exactly the thing I'm having to sort out. The D1000 is just a bunch
of disks in a box.
There's no real intelligence on the controllers whereas the A1000s are a bit
smarter or so it seems. It's really coming down to whether they have the
capabilities we require. They can be dual hosted. Its a question of
mirroring various virtual disks across the systems. I'm also working on
an HP H12 Autoraid unit as part of the same project. That box is well
clever. I have to try and work out how to get similar functionality from the
two A1000s. The detail is in the cabling and
the RAID config software or so I'm thinking. I'm seeking enlightenment on
which course to take.

I didn't think the A1000 was dual-ended (or whatchamacallit)

I know you can do the setup using D1000's, but I wasn't aware you could do
it with A1000's.
