I have a LaserJet IIIsi printer (remote network printer) which I am trying to print text documents. I am experiencing a staircase stepping problem on each document I print. Isn't there a filter that allows me to fix this? I've search around for an answer but still no solution. Has anyone seen this before and if so how do you fix it? thx a bunch! Frank
