What kind of machine?
If it is an Ultra1 or similar, I had a problem with reboots that
turned out to be a bad fan on the CPU. Caused the CPU to heat up
and shutdown the machine (machine does not come back up untill
CPU cools).

You could try /usr/platform/sun#?/sbin/prtdiag -v

This will give your info on your hardware and sometime has
info on reboots depending on what caused it.

Try cat /var/adm/messages | egrep -i "fatal|panic"

If the machine reboots on a "fatal error FATAL" you will not
get a crash dump or any other info about the reboot.

If you have "savecore" enabled, look for the vmcore.# and do:

	strings vmcore.# |more

The first line will tell you what the problem was.

Good luck
