[SunHELP] DLT_tape

Hi,

I've a Sun DLT 7000 tape ( Sun L280).
Entering in the admin->config menu  it shows
compression off

I change it to: compression on     then enter
It prints "option saved" then prints : "compression OFF"  ???????
I've repeated the same operation three or four times : same response!!

Any Idea ?  Is there a flag or a switch located on the machine for this ?
