On our Sun Ultra 2 here, we are using Solstice Disk Suite to manage the
disks. We have 4 (4.2 GB) disks in a SPARC storage array. Each disk has two
slices (2GB each,) so there are two stripe sets configured over the array.
Does it make sense to have two "parallel" stripe sets over 4 disks like
this? Or should there be only one or maybe more? Any ideas? I would think
that one stripe set would be as fast as two or three, but I'm not sure.
