Heck, there seems to be an infinite number of system performance measuring
tools. As for what's included with Solaris:

While you watch stuff:

vmstat -- track memory usage (rough)
iostat -- track disk io

Over time tracking:

sar -- tracks a bunch of stuff
sag -- graphs out sar data
