I have one - it came with 128 Megs, it is a 3TX, a 170 MHz TurboSPARC CPU -
very nice...

The SIMMs are "special", and they cost $$$ - There was someone with a pile
of machines with 128 Meg installed, he may have some left...

128 meg is *very nice*, but to be honest, for most uses, 64 Meg is nice too,
and alot cheaper (under $100 with patience on eBay - just 2x 32 Meg 36 bit
72 pin SIMMs).
