[SPARCbook] systems hang waiting for nfs mounts

I have 2 sparcbooks running Solaris 2.5.6.

Server a shares a file system.
Server b shares a file system.
Server b does an nfs mount for the shared file system from server a.
Server a does an nfs mount for the shared file system from server b.

This arrange is fine so long as both sparcbooks are not rebooted at the
same time.
If both are rebooted at the same time they both hang waiting to mount the
other servers shared file system.
There seems to be no logical timeout on waiting for the other nfs and the
servers wait for ever!\

The current solution is to boot single user and comment out the dfs mount
line from dfstab.
Another solution is to add the bg option to the dfs mount line in dfstab.
