You can either use "ufsdump" to dump stuff to tape and then restore to the
new partitions, or if the new disk is IDENTICAL partition-wise to the old one,
use "dd" to duplicate the partitions, then run "installboot" to make the 
/ partition of the new drive bootable, etc.
