[SPARCbook] asppp again...

I had pppd working fine on my sparcbook3 for a while, but then i had to 
reinstall solaris 2.6, so its wiped, and i haven't had the chance to 
recompile/reinstall it.  However, I plan on doing so within the next few 
days, so I will send it off to whoever might want the binaries.
