[rescue] ADTX laptop IDE to SCSI converter switch settings anyone?

Hi All

Mike Spooner kindly let me have what I guess is an original ADTX converter
used on various systems. This looks like the early version which is usable but
reputedly slow, but I would like to know what the small switch bank actually
does as I can find no documentation and Mike also never did. So anyone have
any ideas?
