[rescue] Sun type 101a keyboard - where did Sun use this?

Minor detail: as far as I know Sun never used a DB connector for
keyboard interfacing.  In the Sun-3 era they did use D-sub, but it was
a DA shell, not DB.  (It's true that the DA-15 is often miscalled a
DB-15, sometimes even by vendors, but it's a misuse of the name.)
