[rescue] ultra 1 power supply question

The Ultra 1 has a 'hard' switch... That doesn't mean I know with absolute
certainty that when the switch is off 100% of the system is unpowered, but
when the switch is off, it is dead in the eyes of a reasonably technical, yet
casual, observer. (Nothing lit on MB, fans stop spinning, nics don't light up
when you plug in a 'live' network drop, etc...)
