Jonathan,

I believe the 3/60 is supplying termpwr. I have a spare 3/60 mobo (with 
other problems) which when i swap it out, the term LED on the 411 comes 
on. This is without plugging the external 411 on, so this shows the 3/60 
is supplying the power. I'm studying the 3/60 schematic on bitsavers and 
may have some ideas. Thanks.
