[rescue] Sun E450 - 'CPU Fan 2 Failure' but not failed

I am able to get to the site via archive.org (look for an old copy, it
hasn't been updated meaningfully in over a decade anyway) and all the doc
links still appear good but I can't find the pages I *thought* had local
copies of obp etc. Sorry if this was a wild goose chase. I know I came
across copies of that stuff somewhere, but I didn't grab it because I don't
have any hardware that it would work with. I will try not to make that
mistake again.
