Consider it limited to 128.  If you want larger, my advice is to convert
it to SCSI, then attach larger either via a SCSI converter, or attach
larger by USB2 or FW (I haven't gotten a FW card that works yet, but
supposedly it is possible, and Sun did ship some machines with FW).
With a USB card from the supported card list (and they aren't
particularly hard or expensive to find) it just works correctly.

The two sticks you get must match the existing sticks in number of bits
for the column addressing.  I'm not sure how you figure out what you
have.  Assuming that you have real Sun memory, then buying more real Sun
memory is probably safe.  I just bought 4 matched sticks and completely
replaced the memory I had.
