[rescue] Drives for T1s/V100s

I must admit that we bought the optical drives with our V100s -- not
cheap but we didn't want to deal with this very problem.

   I recall that the drives looked just like a laptop drive (minus the
pop-out rails/arms). The ribbon cable has a wider connection on one end
than the other, and it's only a couple of inches long. I forget if it
had a special name. If we had decommissioned any of these yet I'd tear
one apart, but they are all (surprisingly) still up. For now.
