[rescue] Racks and Doors

I don't think doors do much besides add some minimal sense of security
(and slow down air flow).  At previous jobs, it just kept peoples'
fingers off my shiz.  The data centers were all loud just due to the
air conditioning and UPS's beeping about batteries.
