That's because they don't _need_ the Cobalt port.  They are Peee-Ceees.

All you should need for one of these is a distribution that will install
via net-boot and a serial terminal.  (Or cable with PC and terminal
software.)

It _might_ even load OpenBSD but I haven't looked into that.

If you want to dispose of it for cost of shipping I'll take it off your
hands but it's likely a quite useful 1U box.
