You forgot the part where

-they used NetBeans
-it can be used inside of Sun's clustering software
-they had to name it Java Enterprise DST System Server
-it comes as a 75MB .war file ready for deployment into Java System Web 
Server 7.0
-is JSR-4321 compliant

etc.
