It has 2x Slot2 P3 Xeons (but I just got some more from a retired server 
at work; 4x Slot2 P3-500 2M cpus).  This machine also has the latest 
BIOS updates from Compaq as far as I know.  Mainly I don't know what the 
system's VRMs can handle, and I've had a P2 system that couldn't go 
above a P3 450, and another one (a Dell PowerEdge) that couldn't go 
above a P3 600.
