None that I can see on their website (System Handbook/Components/System Boards) - The smallest "complete" system board appears to be the AXe (300 MHz, 256K cache, U5/10 style RAM) or if you don't need on-board video, the AX1105 mentioned earlier is the same size, but a faster system (500 MHz, 256K cache, SB100 style RAM). There are cPCI cards, but all appear larger, and require extensive support on-board (beyond simple ATX power supply) to boot.
