420R is the 4U version of the Ultra 80.  I've been running one (4x450,
4G RAM) as the SunHELP server for 2+ years now without a hitch.

I had SERIOUS reliability issues with a pair of 280Rs.  We had Sun
service replace everything but the power supplies and metal chassis,
and they STILL randomly rebooted/hung/etc.
