Mine: 

"Mission Critical" means the PHBs are in earshot. I hate the term
... give me some numbers to tell me how important the box is.

"Production": I *might* think about logging in from home and having a
quick look if I'm awake.

I don't paid enough to get out of bed for a computer :)
