No.  It's more-or-less an Ultra 5, with all the depressive performance
that implies.  There are people on this list that are -throwing away-
Ultra 2 and Ultra 30 systems, which are -much- snappier.

An IP24's worth depends on two things:
   * Processor
   * Graphics

For $50, it should have either an R5000 and an XL24 or an R4400SC and an
XZ, or at least some interesting cards like FDDI or CosmoCompress.

I think I -built- a Pismo for about that in 2002.  It might've been as
high as $400 (splurged on disk and Airpor), but a Lombard is a pretty
limited machine unless you like MacOS 9.x.
