Dunno:

$ rpm -qf `which netstat`
net-tools-1.60-37.FC3.1

The one feature of Linux's netstat I do like is the -p flag, which gives
the PID and program name holding open the port.  There are other tools
that do this, but having that functionality in one tool is kinda handy.

Not handy enough to prevent me from dumping my Linux installs for
something else every chance I get.
