No, but you will then of course be subject to the physical constraints 
of the U5 case. I have a U5/10 mobo running as a network server mounted 
in a 2U rackmount case. If you don't need additional (PCI) devices, the 
board simply needs a power supply (generic PC/ATX) and basic physical 
support (and an airflow).
