Possibly the fuse anyway.  Most motherboard I've seen have a
fuse (pico fuse, surface mount, etc).

I would be hesitant to use the ps/2 port for power...  I 
don't think the fuse there is more than an amp or two
(but I'd have to go look at a sample of motherboard to
really be sure).
