[rescue] Replacing an E3000

I've had Intel on the brain this week, and it makes me wonder: can
anyone comment on my likely level of satisfaction if I replace an E3000
(two CPUs!) and a V100 with a four-CPU V40z Opteron box (each) to run
Oracle 9.0 databases?
   It's Rescue-ey 'cause this E3000 is so old; it's off-topic because
the V100 is still shipping. Sorry 'bout that, and thanks for any
reaponses.
