I have an ibm power series diagnostics cd that booted and ran with a 7012-250
and a powerstation 370 (7015-370, I think).  I was able to copy the cd and
boot off the copied version, which started talking to the serial port when no
keyboard was found.  I can send you a copy of the cd if you give me your
address.

One thing that threw me off was that the 250, I think, sat waiting for me to
hit enter a couple of times on the terminal emulator before it started
talking.  I found that out by looking up the led code and it said "waiting for
input on serial port".
