  There should be a focus adjustment inside the monitor, but
you'll need to open it up.

  Unless you've been trained and have the right tools I
don't suggest you try this. Monitors, even when unpluged,
carry a very high electrical charge and can be DEADLY!

  I knew a guy in high school who got tossed 3-4 feet
hitting and damaging the wall when he was poking around
inside a TV set my electronics teacher was fixing. Same 
guy also put a disk capacitor in the wall outlet during
class burning his hand.
