Those Netshelters are nice indeed. A client had an office in a not so
great part of town. They had both servers, the CSU/DSU, router, and
switch stolen. They invested in a Netshelter, put everything in there,
and locked it up.

Two months later, the entire Netshelter, complete with equipment was
stolen from the office. 

They bought another one, replaced all the equipment, and had it anchored
to the floor. To my knowledge, it's still there :)
