I have an SS20 with a failed serial port A here; I've
seen PSUs go as well, but the SS20 that died of that
was stuck in a DC at one point where the temp went 104F+.

Oh, and the infamous U1 CPU fan deaths.

(You don't want to know how many HDs went south over
many months after that fiasco.  But, it made facilities
add a monthly check of their failure notification system.)
