[rescue] Booting SATA on an old BIOS

The only two options that i have seen work with SATA controllers
have been:

1. Boot from option ROM
or
2. Boot from SCSI, assuming that there are no "real" SCSI
controllers present.

As usual, i could be wrong but, if you don't have either of these
options available to you, i don't see how you could accomplish
this.
