   I like that aspect of it too.  I just thing it's UGLY.  That's all.

   But then I've been "flipped over and done dry" by NeXTSTEP in the 
past, so perhaps that's part of it.  The NeXTSTEP kool-aid loses its 
effectiveness after you work for months on porting software to the 
horribly broken "4.3BSD" (sic) API in 3.3.
