   Yes.  Go to http://www.xess.com and order an XSA50 ($150) or XSA100 
($250).  These are great boards, and their tutorials are good.  Then 
download WebPACK from Xilinx' web site (it is free), then you can get 
started.

   Oh, it's a microcoded processor?  (I haven't looked at it)  That 
kinda kills the idea, unless we can get access to a functional one to 
snatch the microcode ROM contents.
