That is a poor test since we've already established that a lof of
Mozilla is crap.

I don't have a U10 handy, but I do have a U5 with IDE, and I can tell
you that programs other than web browsers can certainly load files from
disk faster than they can from the net work.

Looking in my mozilla cache, I see hundreds and hundreds of small files
in one directory.  Any competent unix person can tell you that is a bad
idea.  I believe that Jonathan P. can explain better methods for this
than I can.  But those better methods will generally involve splitting
the cache across several subdirectories.
