Maybe you live near some of my friends.  I have a friend who moved down 
there a couple years ago who could potentially still have his car 
registered at his parent's address in Indiana, and two others (whose 
wedding i attended this weekend) who moved down recently enough to still 
have valid indiana plates, although they live in florida now (and could 
also be registering cars at parents' addresses).  They (now married) 
couple lives in Melbourne, but i don't remember where the other guy 
lives.  And, as a data point, i'm an Indiana resident who wouldn't mind 
moving to florida too.  (if/when the right oppourtunity arises.)

Also, don't forget about vacationers....
