How can you tell if it's apnea?
I snore like a wood chipper (during each pregnancy I sleep in the
living room on our purpose-bought queen-size hide-a-bed couch!) but how
would I know if this is apnea vs, say, a side-effect of my collapsed
sinuses and borken nose? (I had it straightened one time via the
operation where they punch a hole in the cartilege in your nose and sew
in plastic splints to force it staight, but my new baby girl kneed me in
the face the day after surgery and undid all the surgeon's hard work.)
   Just curious.
And to keep it on topic, I often play on my old Mac or read computer
books on nights when I stay up late to limit my Snoring Time.
