Nadine, where are you now? (I know, DC Metro area ;^) If you want to take the
train (not suggested), they will have free shuttles to/from the train station
(http://www.tcf-nj.org/shuttlevan.shtml).

The event is in Edison, NJ, easily accessible off the NJ Turnpike (toll road),
or you could take Rt. 295 from the Delaware Memorial Bridge up to Rt. 1, then
on to Edison. It's not too bad, about 30 minutes closer than Manahattan.

This is a classic Computer Festival, more a flea market than a "Weekend PC
Expo" at the local Holiday Inn/convention center... It used to be GREAT, now
it is just better than anything else I've been too.

You see great old hardware, sometimes cheap, sometimes expensive - my favorite
was the complete AS/400 systems for $50 several years ago - a guy showed up
with a huge 25' cube truck full of them!

You really want to get there early, and you may want to consider getting a
hotel room for the night before, to be at the show when the flea market gate
opens.

Oh, and don't forget you can get passes inside the conference hall, even if
the conference hall is not open (hundreds of lemmings wait to buy thier pases
at the flea market entrance.

The vendors are pretty good - you have to give the organizers a copy of your
drivers license to get a spot, this helps cut down on the fraud that can be a
problem at these kinds of events.

I REALLY HOPE they have 802.11b connectivity - if so, I'll bring my wireless
camera and have a video feed...
