speaking of which, anyone know who used intel's oem db440fx mb [and
where i can get one -cheap-]? i believe compaq was one. this dates
from ~97/8 and was their last and fastest mb in the bus risercard
format and the only one with an easily swappable [eg. slot 1] cpu and
i'd like to upgrade $friend's old packard bell. for what he
wants/needs [small machine shop office automation], a 400mhz celeron
and 128M would keep him happy.
