Ahhh...  I admit I haven't actually *tried* it yet (didn't want to break the 
seal on the packaging in case I was to return it).  Digging around references 
on the web found only mention of 64-bit PCI, so I figured it wouldn't be 
happy in a 32-bit slot.  Also, I wonder if there are any components on the 
motherboard that will interfere with card fingers just hanging out there..

I'll give it a shot tonight.

7500-4LP.  It's the low-profile card, so only the four obligatory ports are 
there, no solder pads.

On the subject of IDE vs. SCSI (let's please not make this a war), the goal is 
not speed but mass storage with some protection at a cheap price.  I'm doing 
3 x 120GB 7200 8MB.

Hey, anyone know what this four-pin header on the card does?  Activity LEDs?  
The case that this is going in has a buttload of drive indicator LEDs on it, 
so why not use them?
